01 Sep | Amendments to the Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG | The amendments will come into effect: A. Introduction of an obligation to publish the Termination of a Clearing Member, Basic Clearing Member or FCM Clearing Member on Eurex Clearing's website B. Amendments with regards to the Termination and Porting requirements in the FCM Regulations C. Introduction of a Buy-In Cost Reclaim Procedure to the Securities Lending Market D. Representation by Clearing Members and FCM Clearing Members with regards to Eurex Clearing’s status as a Recognised Clearing House (RCH) in Singapore E. Admission of Disclosed Direct Clients from the People’s Republic of China (PRC) with a Clearing Member outside the PRC |
01 Sep | Amendments to the Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG – End of Consultation | Amendments of FCM regulations will come into effect. |
01 Sep | Single Stock Dividend Futures: Fee classification from 1 September 2020 to 31 August 2021 | Announcing the fee classification for each individual Single Stock Dividend Future (SSDF). |
01 Sep | Amendments of Clarifications concerning the OTC IRD Maintenance Fee calculation, Introduction of a transfer fee for bunched order transactions and further editorial amendments will come into effect. | |
01 Sep | The fee report CB182 "Monthly OTC CCP Fee Statement" will be amended in the field “CalDat”. | |
07 Sep | Pledge Agreement: Editorial amendments and clarifications with regard to certain references | Amendments to the Clearing Conditions as well as Pledge Agreement relating to pledges of Eligible Margin Assets in the form of Securities. |
11 Sep | Euro-Fixed Income futures: Amendments to the Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG | The respective provisions of the Clearing Conditions will be amended effective for the products FBTP/FBTM/FBTS. |
14 Sep | The production start of Post Release 9.3 – Cash market margining activation in the Prisma system. | |
14 Sep | The production start of the optional excess collateral pool which is scheduled to go live as part of C7 Release 6.1 update. | |
21 Sep | Simulation start of C7 Release 7.0. Please note, several documents will be updated according to the Eurex Clearing Member Communication Calendar 2020. | |
28 Sep | Fixed income derivatives: Introduction of options on Euro-Buxl Futures | Clearing services for options on Euro-Buxl® Futures will be introduced at Eurex Deutschland. |
