Official Response to Initial ISLA Report:
Eurex Clearing Will Meet ISLA's Guidelines for CCPs European Securities Lending Markets


Eurex Clearing comments on the challenges and advantages of providing clearing services for securities lending transactions in response to the recent release of an initial report on "A Central Counterparty in the European Equity Securities Lending Market" by the International Securities Lending Association (ISLA) CCP Working Group.

The initial report was produced by a working group of borrowers and agent lenders from ISLA member firms. Eurex Clearing values the opportunity to respond and is actively working with participants in the market to provide solutions for the requirements outlined in the report.
